In the March meeting, we’ll discuss basic healthy meal planning and snacking for weight loss. In addition, we’ll talk about how and when to eat to lose weight, without starving yourself.
This club is for you if you want to:
• trim down your waistline – for good - without counting points, calories, or carbs
• have boundless energy by adding in healthy foods and practices
• stop the cycle of stomach pain and have healthy digestion for life
• have more support in your life and are considering private nutrition coaching with me
• build community with other like-minded, health-conscious women and are a former or current client

• 90-minute group workshops once/month on holistic health and nutrition topics
