Energizing Creamy Dairy-Free Smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup water
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen cherries

Directions:
1. Place cashews and water in a blender fitted with a sharp blade. Blend on high until smooth & creamy.
2. Add frozen berries. Blend on medium high until smooth.
